Recruitment of Probationary Officers in State Bank of India Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Probationary Officers (POs) in State Bank of India.
Offline mode: While applying, The system will generate a cash voucher/ challan form pre-printed with the candidate's details which will be required to be presented at any State Bank of India branch counter with the requisite fee from 2nd working day after registration and should be made within three working days. Offline payment starts from 01.02.2013 to 28.02.2013.
Online mode: The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information asked at the time of registration. Fee payment starts from 30.01.2013 to 23.02.2013.

Vacancy Details:
- Probationary Officers : 1500 posts (SC-225, ST-112, OBC-405, Gen-758) (PWD-44 : VI-22, OC-22)
Pay Scale : Rs. 14500-25700
Eligibility:
- Age: 21-30 years as on 01.01.2013. (Relaxation of upper age limit is applicable as per rules)
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.
Application Fee:
Rs. 50/- for SC, ST & PWD and Rs. 200/- for General & all others. Candidates are required to register themselves online first through Bank's website www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. Candidates are required to have a scanned image of his/her photograph and signature as per the specifications given in Annexture-I in the notification.
