Improving Accessibility of Twitter.com

Twitter is one of the popular social network after Facebook and many visually impaired people across the world are using it. Recently, Twitter has improved it’s accessibility in their web app twitter.com. The following blog post from Twitter describes the improvement made in Twitter for screen reader users and others. “Over the past year, we’ve been improving the accessibility of twitter.com. This series of posts will explain some of the changes we’ve made, and talk about the end users who benefit. As we’re committed to accessibility going forward, we’ll use the Engineering Blog to announce future improvements as they’re available.”
