Vacancy Details:

• Management Trainee (General) : 30 posts (UR-16, SC-04, ST-02, OBC-08)
  Pay : Rs. 20600-46500
  Age : 28 years
• Management Trainee (Accounts) : 10 posts (UR-06, SC-01, OBC-03)
  Pay : Rs. 20600-46500
  Age : 28 years
• Accountant : 10 posts (UR-01, SC-03, ST-01, OBC-05)
  Pay : Rs. 16400-40500
  Age : 30 years
• Jr. Technical Assistant : 99 posts (UR-50, SC-15, ST-07, OBC-27)
  Pay : Rs. 10500-26400
  Age : 28 years

3 posts are also reserved for Persons with Disabilities one in each sub category, to be filled up from any category i.e. UR/SC/ST/OBC.
Age Relaxation and Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PH as per Government Guidelines
Organization's own employees will be entitled to age relaxation, subject to the condition that as on last date of receipt of application, the candidate should have atleast 5 years of service left.

Qualification and Experience:

Management Trainees (General):
Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply Chain Management from recognized University / Institutions.
Management Trainees (Accounts):
Degree with 1st class Master of Business Administration in Finance OR A pass in final examinations of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India OR Pass in Associate Company Secretary from recognized institution.
Accountant:
B.Com or BA (Commerce) or Chartered Accountant or Costs and Works Accountant or SAS Accountants of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department with about three years experience in maintaining and auditing of Accounts in Industrial / Commercial/ Departmental Undertakings.
Jr. Technical Assistant:
Degree in Agriculture or a degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.

WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER FOR ALL THE POSTS WILL BE AN
ADDED ADVANTAGE.
