Jaws Script and NVDA Plugin
This Jaws script can be used to check the dropbox status of downloading and uploading by using hotkey which you preferred. Otherwise, you need to go to system tray everytime. If you press same hotkey twice, the dropbox folder will be opened. You have to add this script manually, setup instructions are given in the download archive.
NVDA plugin for Dropbox is almost same as Jaws script. Plugin installation instructions and usage of this plugin can be seen in the archive.
