Applications  are invited on the prescribed application form for the 109 posts of Assistant Professor in the following subjects in Dyal Singh College, New Delhi.

Vacancy Details:

• Assistant Professor : 109 posts (PWD-03: VH-02, OH-01 in whatever subject/category, as per availability of candidates. )
  Pay Scale : PB-III of Rs.15600-39100 with AGP Rs.6000/- plus usual allowances as admissible under the rules of University of Delhi from time to time.
  Subjects:
  Botany, Chemistry, Commerce, Computer Science, Economics, English, Geography, Hindi, History, Mathematics, Mil (Bengali), Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Zoology.

Educational Qualification:

• Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks(or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.
• Besides fulfilling, the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test(NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or Similar test accredited by the UGC.

Application Fee:

a demand draft of Rs.250/- for General/OBC and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PwD in favour of the Principal, Dyal Singh College and should be sent along with the application form.

How to Apply:

Applications on the prescribed form along with necessary certificates and Demand Draft must reach the Principal, Dyal Singh College, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003 on or before 07.03.2014. Application form may be obtained from the office of the College from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. on or before the last date of submission either in person or by sending a self addressed and stamped envelope of 12”X10” size, or can be downloaded from the College website http://dsc.du.ac.in.
