East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) East Delhi Municipal Corporation (EDMC) invites online applications from interested and eligible candidates for engagement of Teachers (Primary) in the schools of EDMC for the year 2013-14. Engagement will be purely on temporary and contractual basis upto 10.05.2014 or till the selection list received from DSSSB, whichever is earlier.

Vacancy Details:

• Primary Teacher : 708 posts (183-south & 525-North)
  Remuneration : Rs. 23,220/-
  Reservation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC & PWD (OC & VH).

Eligibility:

• Age: 30 years (Relaxation is applicable for reserved categories)
  Qualification:
• Senior Secondary (10+2) or intermediate or its equivalent from a recognised Board / University / Institute.
• Must have passed Hindi as a subject at Secondary Level.
• Must have passed English as a subject at Secondary or Senior Secondary level.
• Two years diploma / Certificate course in ETE / JBT or equivalent or B.El.Ed from a recognised institution.
• Must have qualified in CTET conducted by CBSE.
