Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the direct recruitment to the cadre of Postman and Mailguard in Postal department, Delhi circle.

Vacancy Details:

• Postman : 732 posts (UR-411, SC-64, ST-104, OBC-153) (PWD-22: VH-06    , HH-05, OH-11) (EXS-73)
• MailGuard : 08 posts (UR-06, ST-01, OBC-01) (PWD-01: VH-01) (EXS-01)

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200-20200 with a grade pay of Rs 2000/- + other admissible allowances as prescribed from time to time.

Eligibility:

• Age: Between 18 and 27 years for General categories. Relaxation of upper age limit is applicable for reserved categories as per rules.
• Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass from a recognized Board or University.

Fee:

Rs. 100/- as Cost of application form registration for all categories of applicants who have registered , And the examination fee prescribed for all male applicants in General, OBC and Exservicemen categories is Rs 400/-.
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD and Women are exempted for payment of examination fee. Applicant has to take out a printout of the system generated fee payment Challan and approach the identified e-payment post offices to pay the fee in cash. The applicants who have registered their applications on the closing date of registration are permitted to pay the fee till 05.12.2014.
